Noodz Ramen Kit: Tokyo in 5 minoodz

What is it?

One box, one bowl of ramen. Inside you'll find a portion of #20 ramen noodles, slowly air-dried and not fried, and a sachet of concentrated broth (yes, it's not a powder!). You add boiling water and 5 minutes: the rest, if you like, is toppings.

Three flavours: Shoyusen, with soy sauce, vegan; Tori Chintan, with chicken; Manzotsu, with beef, which is coming back soon. And miso ramen is on its way.

#20 ramen noodles and concentrated umami broth. Real ramen, at last!

  • Noodles slowly air-dried, not fried
  • Liquid concentrated broth, from selected ingredients
  • Supply-chain soft wheat flour, from crops grown in Emilia
  • No added monosodium glutamate, no palm oil
