🍥 NOODZ RAMEN KIT is the base you need to make yourself a ramen like the one you'd find in Japan.

🍱 EVERY RAMEN KIT CONTAINS a generous portion of noodles and a sachet of concentrated broth (to dilute in boiling water).

🏆 A FEW SIMPLE MOVES: bring the water to the boil, pour the concentrated broth into the bowl, cook the noodles for 5 minutes, drain them into the broth and you're done. You'll find the steps below.

🍜 THE NOODLES we make ourselves: we follow the Japanese recipe, we use our own flour (all Emilian grains!) and they're not fried.

🍜 THE BROTH we make concentrated and liquid, and it's very umami. No powder, no added monosodium glutamate, no GMOs!

✌ NOODZ is our Italian tribute to Japan. It's the little piece we brought home to relive those feelings in a simple, quick, but authentic way.

We can't take you to Japan. So we brought Japan to you.

📦 The vegan Shoyu Ramen Kit (140 g) is made up of #20 ramen noodles, wavy and slowly air-dried, to cook in boiling water, and a sachet of umami soy sauce broth. Very quick and easy to make, and above all really tasty! The broth is liquid-based and contains everything you need to make a RAMEN worthy of the Japanese tradition.

⏳ The Ramen kits you receive will have a minimum shelf life of 3 months, to guarantee the high quality of our products.

✌ NOODZ: Noodz is an artisan company founded by passionate young people in Emilia's food valley. Born as our Italian tribute to Japan, Noodz is the little piece we brought home to relive those feelings in a simple, quick, but authentic way.

We wanted a real Japanese ramen, good quality, ready in a few minutes and within everyone's reach.

There wasn't one.

So we made it.
