🌶 NOODZ SHICHIMI TOGARASHI (seven-flavour chilli pepper) is the hot, aromatic blend that gives your dishes that extra something: its spicy, citrusy notes are perfect in Asian cooking (where it's traditionally used) and can liven up any other dish too.

🏯 THE BLEND, which comes from Japan where it's called “seven-flavour chilli pepper”, is made by Noodz the traditional way, using ingredients we choose with care.

🍜 YOU CAN USE IT in any dish where you want a hot kick of chilli. In Asian cooking it's sprinkled on rice and soups, but also on meat and fish, noodles and soba. Perfect with ramen! In Japan it also goes on udon and yakitori. And closer to home? Try a sprinkle on scrambled eggs, popcorn, avocado toast, roast vegetables, even pizza.

📦 CONTENTS: you'll receive a jar with 15 g of Noodz Shichimi Togarashi, to use on all kinds of Asian dishes (and beyond), like rice, soups, noodles and soba, but also with meat and fish. As a seasoning for ramen it's simply perfect.

🔥 SHICHIMI TOGARASHI: a blend of seven ingredients we carefully choose to make one of Japan's oldest and most typical seasonings. The heat of the chilli and the spicy note of sansho pepper and ginger meet the citrus scent of sweet Italian orange peel; on top of that come the sweet, nutty notes of sesame and poppy seeds and the savouriness of dried seaweed.
