🌶 NOODZ SICHUAN PEPPER (Zanthoxylum piperitum) is the precious aromatic peppery spice from the East, with citrus and floral notes, great in anything where you'd normally use pepper, for that extra something. It tingles, it doesn't burn.
🍜 YOU CAN USE IT to season soups and both Asian and Western dishes, and on meat and fish too. A few ideas: on fried chicken, in the dipping sauce for dumplings and gyoza, mixed with salt for your fries. And if you want to surprise someone, with dark chocolate or on fruit like mango and pineapple.
🔥 SICHUAN PEPPER: it's not your usual black pepper! This precious peppery spice, grown only in China, Japan and the Korean peninsula, has an intense, fresh aroma of wood and flowers and a distinctive citrus note. It gives a particular feeling on the palate, almost a tingle. It's selected and imported from where it grows, and we pack it with care in our workshop.
